Kim Bartling is the founder of The Humanity Launch, which builds positive cultures through bold communication and conversations about inclusion and mental health. A nationally recognized speaker, facilitator, and storyteller, Kim has spent 40 years serving education, healthcare, business, and nonprofit organizations. Kim has built a library and literacy center in Belize, Central America where she serves children, families and educators. A former university department chair and award-winning theatre director, she blends research, storytelling, humor, and vulnerability to create transformational experiences that inspire people to lead with courage, strengthen relationships, and put the human back into humanity.
