Prof. Hélica Lucivane Silva Assunção

Graduated in Chemistry from the Federal Institute of Goiano, Urutaí campus. Graduated in Pedagogy from Faculdade Venda Nova do Imigrante. Specialized in Chemistry Teaching, Chemistry, Human Rights in Schools, and New Technologies Applied to Education from Faculdade Venda Nova do Imigrante. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the Graduate Program in Teaching for Basic Education (PPGEnEB/IFGoiano). In Brazil, she worked as a Class C teacher at the Simon Bolívar Full-Time State High School and the Tiradentes Military Police School, as well as serving as a professor at the Federal Institute of Rondônia.

Prof. Dr. Roaa Alsulaiman

Roa’a Alsulaiman is an assistant professor in the college of education at King Saud University. She is interested in speech disfluencies. Her major focus is on the unique characteristics of Arabic language and their association with stuttering. Prior to that, Roa’a was a PhD candidate in the speech and experimental intervention lab in the division of Psychology and Language sciences at UCL.

Prof. Dr. Nawal Alzahrani

Dr. Nawal Alzahrani is an assistant professor and theVice Dean of Research, Innovation, and Business at the English Language Institute, Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. She earned her PhD in Linguistics and TESL from Oklahoma State University and has held academic positions at universities in both Saudi Arabia and the United States. Her research interests focus on language acquisition, TESOL, language assessment—particularly oral proficiency assessment—foreign and second language teaching and learning, and intercultural pragmatics.

Prof. Fayez Al-Dhafiri

Professor Dr. Fayez Al-Dhafiri has been the President of Kuwait University. He previously served as Secretary-General of the university, Dean of the College of Education, and Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of Kuwait in the UK. Dr. Al-Dhafiri holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, a Master’s degree from Ohio University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Kuwait University. He has received six prestigious awards, authored seven books, and published numerous scientific papers. Dr. Al-Dhafiri is a member of eight international professional associations and has participated in over 70 academic conferences.

Prof. Princess Gerbie C. Durante

Princess Gerbie C. Durante is an Assistant Professor III at Bulacan State University’s College of Education. She heads the Program and Curriculum Development Unit, overseeing curriculum enhancements and new programs. Formerly, she led Learning and Instructional Development and Education Policy Development, crafting key policies. An author of two English books, she researches language instruction and critical pedagogy, publishing in top journals and winning research awards. She also serves as a resource speaker.

Prof. Fatimah Ahmad

Dr. Fatimah Ahmad, an Assistant Professor at Kuwait University, specializes in mathematics education. She earned her Ph.D. from Indiana University and focuses on preparing preservice math teachers with research-based methods. Her work explores pedagogical content knowledge and innovative teaching strategies to enhance teacher education. Dedicated to improving math instruction, she contributes to advancing teacher preparation and implementing evidence-based practices in mathematics education.

Prof. Dr. Mofareh Alqahtani

Professor Dr. Mofareh Alqahtani has held various academic roles, including Deputy for Civil Studies, Director of E-Learning, and Head of the English Department at King Khalid Military Academy (KKMA). He holds a Ph.D. and MA in Applied Linguistics from Essex University and a BA from King Saud University. A committee member at KKMA, he has attended 15+ conferences and published 15 papers in leading international journals.

Dr. Mico Poonoosamy

Mico Poonoosamy is a PhD in Education from Monash University, with a diploma in education and Honours in Humanities. His research in global citizenship education was funded by the Australian Commonwealth and Monash University. Mico is a recipient of the Josai International University President`s Grant for his research about the implementation of the 2020 English Education Reform Plan in Japan.

Dr. Sara Cervantes

Sara Cervantes is PhD ans senior lecturer in education at Luleå University of Technology. Her research focus on policy reforms and its influence on professions such as preschool teachers and principals.

Dr. Cláudia Luiza Marques

Dr. Cláudia Luíza Marques is a doctor of Information Science from the University of Brasília, with a master’s degree in Education and degree in Letters. Teacher at the Federal Institute of Brasília. Research focuses on information literacy and learning styles. Work aims to contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning processes and to promote inclusion.

Dr. Walter Barbieri

Dr. Walter Barbieri is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Adelaide. He coordinates a range of courses in the Bachelor and Master of Teaching degrees at the School of Education, where he is the Director of the eLearning Program and the Director of Placements. His research interests are focused on educational technologies and specialise in the impact of 1:1 devices in schools and artificial intelligence in education broadly and work-integrated learning specifically.

Dr. Seynabou Sèye

Dr. Seynabou Sèye, influenced by intellectual role models, pursued higher education, earning a master’s in sociology (2012) and a doctorate in educational sciences (2020). She also holds degrees in management and financial auditing. Starting as a teacher, she later took on planning and financial roles and now heads the accounting and investments division at Senegal’s Ministry of Education.

Dr.  Asma Al Aufi

Asma Al Aufi, is a lecturer in Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. She holds a PhD in higher Education from Lancaster University, the UK. She has more than 11 years of experience of teaching and is active in research with over 10 publications in high peer reviewed journals. Her areas of research include teaching pedagogy, Education and AI, policy in educational reforms.

Dr. Chiara Bottaro

Dr. Chiara Bottaro graduated in Rehabilitation Sciences and is a second-year PhD student in Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Padua. Her research focuses on designing a training program for Health Care Educators students in six Italian locations to enhance soft skills essential for their professional roles. She was a research fellow from 2019 to 2020 and has worked as a professional educator at ULSS 6 Euganea since 2021. She has co-authored some publications on patient education and educational design.

Dr. Adam Wong

Dr. Adam Wong is a Senior Lecturer at the College of Professional and Continuing Education, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained his Doctor in Business Administration and MSc in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University. His research interests include applying technology in training & education, digital marketing, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning. In December 2023, he received the Best Presentation Award at the International Conference on Big Data Analysis and Application, Singapore.

Dr. Irena Shehu

She holds a Ph.D. in Education and Psychology from the European University of Tirana and a Master’s in Intercultural Communication from the University of Tirana. Dr. Roland Moses

Dr. Roland Moses is a senior lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology, specializing in Performance and Improvisation. He holds a Doctorate in Musicology, an MMus in Jazz Performance, and an MBA in education management. Roland has served as artistic director for the 2024 YAMAHA Young Soloist Competition and vice-president of the South African Jazz Educators Association. His debut album, Paths of Light, won Best Jazz Song at the Mzantsi Jazz Awards. He also conducts community music projects in Kwa-Zulu Natal and Gauteng and is a YAMAHA artist.

Mr. O’Bai Conteh

Mr. O’Bai Conteh is a PhD Researcher in the Department of Educational Research at Lancaster University, United Kingdom. O’bai is currently researching the topic, ‘Gender and other inequalities in secondary education in post-conflict Sierra Leone: exploring the experiences and outcomes of girls in schools’. Petra Pejić Papak, Ph.D, is Associate Professor, pedagogue (in didactics) at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Rijeka, Croatia. Prof. Dr. Lidija Vujičić

Lidija Vujičić, Ph.D., is a pedagogue and Full Professor at the Faculty of Teacher Education in Rijeka. She is the founder and the head of the Centre for Childhood Research at the same Faculty. Prof. Dr. Stuart James Mackay

Prof. Dr. Mackay qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer in Liverpool and worked as a radiographer for 10 years in London. He then moved into radiography education and has been teaching and researching in Radiography and associated fields for over 30 years. In 2007, he was appointed as Professor of Medical Imaging Education at the University of Salford In 2013, he was appointed as Head of Programme for Diagnostic Radiography. For the last two years has been deputy lead for Academic Quality in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Dr Mackay was a member of the Education and Training Committee of the Health and Care Professions Council from 2009 – 2013. Dr. Michelle Attard Tonna

Michelle Attard Tonna is an academic member of staff at the Faculty of Education, University of Malta, coordinating school-based mentoring on a national level. This role oversees the mentoring of student-teachers during their field placement and whereby teachers based in schools are trained to be mentors. Dr. Hilda Freimuth is a tenured Associate Teaching Professor in the English Language Learning and Teaching Department at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). She won the Best MSc Thesis Award for her work on interactive documentaries for the mazatec indigenous culture. Prof. Dr. Pushp Lata, an academic at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani since 1994, has held various teaching and administrative positions. She has widely published in the fields of English Language Teaching, Computer Mediated Language Learning and Teaching, Syllabus Designing and Designing Teaching Materials for both Classroom and beyond Classroom teaching. Prof Lata has 16 books to her credit.

Dr. Steve Rhine

Dr. Rhine is a Professor of Education at Pacific University. He has been awarded numerous grants focusing on mathematics education and uses of educational technology (approximately $4 million). He has presented at multiple conferences around the world and has published four books, most recently How Students Think When Doing Algebra.

Dr. Jo-Ann Netto-Shek

Jo-Ann Netto-Shek is a teacher educator and works in the area of language learning and literacy education in school contexts. She is part of the English Language & Literature Academic Group at the National Institute of Education, Singapore and is the programme leader for the Diploma in Education programme and the English Language Curriculum Studies courses in the BA (Ed) (Primary) programme. Jo-Ann is the recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award in 2010 and the NIE Service award in 2013. Jo-Ann has also won the ASEAN Collaboration Grant from Cambodia TESOL and is also the recipient of a Fulbright Research Grant 2019.

Dr. Ali Chaari

Dr. Ali Chaari, P.h.D in Biochemistry and Biophysics. He is currently an Assistant Professor in Biochemistry in Weill Cornell medicine-Qatar. Dr. Chaari is experienced in biochemistry, molecular biology, and biophysics. He has co-authored several original research articles, written two books and has presented his work at several conferences. In addition, he is active as a research mentor to WCM-Q’s medical students. Dr. Chaari has two main research interest; the first one is educational research to improve biochemistry teaching for premedical students and the second one is the study of role of nutraceuticals and chaperone proteins on health promotion and diseases.

Dr. Osama Shaban

Dr. Osama Shaban is a professor of Accounting, having twenty six years of experience, he filled many administrative positions in the university (Head of Accounting Department, Head of Evening Studies), and also, he published a number of books and over than twenty eight research papers in reputable journals.

Prof. Eun-Young Jang

Prof. Eun-Young Jang is an associate professor in the Graduate Program of Multicultural Education at Seoul National University of Education, South Korea. Her academic interests are critical pedagogy and multicultural education. Topics covered in her recent scholarly work include plurilingualism and translanguaging for minoritized students and in-service teacher education.

Prof. Shin Ji Kang

Prof. Shin Ji Kang is serving as professor in the Department of Early, Elementary, & Reading Education at James Madison University, USA. She received MEd and PhD from Vanderbilt University, USA, in Early Childhood Education. Her areas of teaching and research include teacher education, refugee education, and intercultural education.

Dr. Lucia Miškulin Saletović

Dr. Lucia Miškulin Saletović, PhD, Assistant Professor, is employed at the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb. In addition to teaching, she is the coordinator of foreign language courses. Her areas of interest are foreign language for academic purposes, text linguistics, advertising and media language, and chrematonymy.

Prof. Erico Fernando Lopes Pereira Silva

Prof. Erico Fernando Lopes Pereira Silva is a researcher dedicated to the values of cultural landscapes for education. He graduated in Biological Sciences and is a postdoctoral researcher in ecosystem ecology. Currently is a professor at the School of Application and a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Education at the University of São Paulo, Brazil.

Dr. Chin-Ping Liou

Chin-Ping Liou is an associate professor in the Holistic Education Centre/ MA program in Brand and Fashion Management and a counselling psychologist in the students’ counselling centre at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taipei. She holds a PhD in counselling and psychotherapy from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. Her research interests include holistic healing, spirituality and culture, experiential learning, and emotions and international service-learning.

Dr. Hillel Wahrman

Dr. Hillel Wahrman is the Head of the Alternative Education Department at Oranim Academic College of Education, Israel. His research interests are the aims of education, civic education, and innovative teacher training. His latest publications: Citizenship Between the Lines: A Critical Look at Civics Studies in Israel (2013, Resling publishing house, Hebrew); “The Value of Emic Research in Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) Programs” (2018, the Journal of Sport, Education and Society), “Are schools educating toward active citizenship? The internal school struggle between contradictory citizenship models” (2021, Journal of Education, Citizenship and Social Justice) and “I’m Trying to Help”: How do mentors affect principal person-organization fit during organizational socialization?” (2023. Educational Management Administration & Leadership).

Dr. Khemanand Moheeput

Khemanand Moheeput has a PhD in Computational Physics and a Master in Education, and he is a lecturer in the Science Education department at the Mauritius Institute of Education. He works with educators from early childhood to secondary levels and is also involved in curriculum development across these levels. His research mainly focuses on Science/Physics, STEAM, and Computational Thinking.

Mr. Adrian Beljo

Mr. Adrian Beljo is employed as Senior Lecturer at the Edward Bernays University of Applied Sciences, where he is lecturer in charge of several English language courses. He is the Head of the Department for Foreign Languages and Culture, as well as the Head of the Office for International Cooperation.

Mr. KIDA Tsuyoshi

Mr. KIDA Tsuyoshi, PhD and MA in general linguistics (Aix-en-Provence) and MA in architecture (Marne-la-Vallée). Currently professor at Faculty of Foreign Languages, Dokkyo University (Japan). Former editorial board member of Study Abroad Research in Second Language Acquisition and International Education (Benjamins), guest editor at Laboratoire Parole et Langage (Aix-en-Provence). Areas of interest: foreign language education, linguistic landscape, multimodality, linguistic anthropology, cultural semiotics.

Mrs. Sana LAMTARA

Mrs. Sana LAMTARA is a Professor of English at Hassan II University of Casablanca. She holds a Ph.D. degree from BenMsik Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences. She is an alumna of the Professional Fellows Program by the US Department of State. Her fields of interest are English language teaching, ICT integration in teaching, soft skills, and English for Specific purposes.

Dr. Jacqui Lottin

Dr. Jacqui Lottin, (PhD) is Chair of Education Programs, Education Faculty, Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE. Her research interests include inclusive education, competency based learning and initial teacher development. Her current research topic is ‘Reduce Academic Fatigue and Enhance Retention for the Determined Ones (TDOs) in Online Learning’. Jacqui was awarded “Best PD Manager’ in 2016. She is co-Chair of UNESCO Taskforce for Teachers for Education 2030 – Special Needs Education Expert Section.

Dr. Diane M. Bender

Dr. Diane M. Bender, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in The Design School at Arizona State University. Dr. Bender’s research and teaching focuses on technology in design practice and education, with findings published in several design and education journals. A recent publication is a textbook entitled Design Portfolios (3rd ed.).

Dr. Genti Pano

He Completed his university studies at the “Academy of Physical Education and Sports”, “Vojo Kushi”, today “Sports University of Tirana”, graduated and received the title: “Teacher of Physical Education” in the Specialty, “Volleyball”. 2007-2009 graduated in “European Master” in “Health and Physical Activity”, University of “Foro Italico” Rome. In October 2018, “Doctorate” in “Sports Sciences”. 2010- 2020, researcher/lecturer at the “Sport Sciences Research Institute”. Currently working at the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences, Department of Biomedical and Humanities Sciences. Currently holds the post of Deputy Dean of this Faculty.

Dr. Keida Ushtelenca

Dr. Keida Ushtelenca was born in Tirana on May 17, 1985. She graduated in “Petro Nini Luarasi” High School and continued her studies in “Academy of Physical Education “Vojo Kushi” Tirana (today Sports University if Tirana). In 2013 she graduated the European Master in “IUSM” Italy (Rome) in collaboration with the University of Southern Denmark (Odense) and the University of Sport Austria (Vienna) for “Physical Activity and Health” being part of the Erasmus Program. In 2018 she graduated the program of the third cycle of studies, “Doctorate” in Sports Science. Dr. Keida Ushtelenca is a full time Lecturer at Department of Education and Health in the Faculty of Movement Sciences in the University of Sport Tirana, she is teaching the Module of “Adapted Physical Activity” and “Measurements/Tests in Sport” in the third year of Bachelor and Second year of Professional Master. Currently holding the position, Head of Department of Education and Health.

Mr. Denis Nuriu

Mr. Denis Nuriu was born in Tirana on July 13, 1979. 1998-2002 he studied at the Academy of Physical Education and Sports “Vojo Kushi”, (today Sports University of Tirana), graduated as a Teacher of Physical Education, specialty Combat Sports (wrestling). Mr. Denis Nuriu held the title “National Champion” in the sport of Greco-Roman wrestling for 8 years in a row with the teams of “Studenti SC” and “Dinamo SC”, joining the ranks of the National Team, where he has won many international matches. After completing his studies he has been the coach of Greco-Roman wrestling for several years with the teams of “Dinamo SC” and “Tirana SC” for youth teams, where as a coach he won many Champion titles. From 2018 onwards, Mr. Nuriu has developed his university activity as an academic staff with research direction at the Scientific Research Institute of Sports, at the University of Sports of Tirana in the Department of Physical Activity and Health. He is also engaged in the teaching process in the subjects: Testing in Physical Activity, Fitness and Recreation and Combat Sports.

Dr. Sukritta Preechawong

Sukritta Preechawong graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bangkok University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a PhD program in learning innovation and technology on a scholarship from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Now, Sukritta is CEO and Co-founder of Skill Shape Company in Thailand. My areas of interest are coaching, training, and teacher professional development.
