Dr. Zuwena Williams-Paul, PhD in Sociology, M.Sc. in Mediation Studies, and a first-class honor, BA in Communication Studies with HRM, is a lecturer at the UWI-Roytec for Sociology, Management, English, Communication and Business Ethics courses. She is a full-time university administrator, part-time PG research supervisor, part-time lecturer and, Communications Studies tutor at the University of the West Indies. A certified Senior HR Professional (SHRM-SCP), Mediation Trainer, Civil and Family Mediator, her interests include mentorship and research mapping. Dr. Williams-Paul received inter alia, a UPEACE scholarship for Positive Leadership, and Emerging Professional Award from the CTLPA.
