Author Guidelines: How to Prepare and Submit Your Work

We welcome contributions to the 10th International Conference on Research in Education, Teaching and Learning (ICETL 2025). To ensure your submission is handled smoothly and evaluated fairly, please follow the guidelines below.

Submission Guidelines for Authors

To ensure a smooth submission process, please follow our detailed guidelines for submitting abstracts, full papers, and posters. Adhering to these instructions will enhance your chances of acceptance.

Ensure your paper follows the required guidelines. This will support a smooth review process and increase the chances of acceptance.

Abstract Submission Format

You are invited to submit your abstract to the 10th International Conference on Research in Education, Teaching and Learning, November 21 - 23, 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

Abstracts should be 200–250 words and prepared according to the official template. Submissions are reviewed by the Scientific Committee. If accepted, authors will be invited to register and present at the conference.

 

  • Accepted abstracts will appear in the Conference Abstract Book.
  • Full papers may be requested after the conference for publication opportunities.
  • Presentations are confirmed once the registration fee is received.

We welcome original, unpublished research across all listed topic areas. By submitting, authors confirm that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere.

Reviewing Process

  • All full papers undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Papers must demonstrate novelty, academic rigor, and ethical integrity.
  • The publisher cannot be held legally responsible for any potential claims of compensation.

Language

Manuscripts must be in English (American or British usage, not a mix). Authors concerned about language quality are encouraged to seek editing support (editing apps or services) to ensure clarity.

Paper Length Maximum 12 pages, including references, tables, and charts
Abstract length 200-250 words
Keywords 3-5 words

Academic Ethics

ICETL upholds the highest academic standards. Following ethical conduct is very critical in the academic world. Submissions must present original research. Thus, any act of plagiarism will not be tolerated. Plagiarism in any form will result in automatic rejection.

Evaluation Process

Every paper is reviewed against multiple standards, including:

  • Relevance to conference themes
  • Research structure and methodology
  • Academic integrity and ethical conduct
  • Language clarity
  • Innovativeness and contribution to the field
  • Proper referencing and formatting
  • And many other factors

Papers that are accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings or indexed journals.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Every paper is reviewed against multiple standards, including:

  • Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes.
  • Authors may use their preferred presentation format.
  • Technical equipment will be provided upon request.
  • Presenters should arrive early to ensure smooth setup.

Poster Format

Design your poster so that it is easy to read and include some visuals or charts.

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors’ names and affiliations.

The poster size should be A1 international paper size. 

Materials, including the title, should not extend beyond the poster size.

Do not use foam core or any thick or multi-layered materials or pushpins directly on the poster boards.

Please make sure that the material used for the poster allows it to be posted on the boards.

All posters should be based on the submitted abstract as accepted by the Scientific Committee.

Please bring your poster with you.
